Intro Presents Modern Chinese & Dim Sum

Chef Stephen Gillanders, Chef CJ Jacobson and Chef Aaron Martinez are returning to the kitchen to collaborate on a modern chinese and dim sum concept featuring dishes inspired by their travels such as;

 Black Truffle Egg Drop Soup, Crispy Shrimp Lollipops, Lamb Bao with shiitake soy, Crackling fried chicken bao, Alaskan king crab soup dumpling, Curry Noodles with lemongrass and ginger, Butternut squash fried rice, Roasted Pekin Duck with soy-honey glaze for two, Cantonese Salmon, Caramel-lacquered short rib and Tamarind Black Cod and more.
