The five-course dinner will be prepared by Chefs Stephen Gillanders and Aaron Martinez (respectively, the incoming and outgoing chefs at Intro), Doug Psaltis (RPM Steak, RPM Italian), Mike Sheerin (Embeya) and David Posey (opening a to-be-named Chicago restaurant in 2016), together teaming up to create courses featuring an amazing assortment of D'Artagnan venison, duck, foie gras and other products. Chapoutier (Rhone Valley) wines will be matched to each course. The night features a 6 p.m.-7 p.m. reception followed by a 7 p.m.-9:30p.m. dinner. Tickets also include admission to the afterparty, held at 10 p.m. at Mon Ami Gabi (across the lobby from Intro). Proceeds of the ticket sales will be donated to The Greater Chicago Food Depository. The Greater Chicago Food Depository is Chicago’s food bank — a nonprofit food distribution and training center that provides food for hungry people while striving to end hunger in our community. Last year, the Food Depository distributed 68 million pounds of shelf-stable food, fresh produce, dairy products and meat, the equivalent of 155,000 meals every day.
