Intro is an innovative, casually upscale restaurant located in Lincoln Park. Led by Executive Chef Stephen Gillanders, Intro offers an a la carte menu while also introducing up-and-coming talent from around the country to Chicago. Visiting chefs, mixologists and other culinary professionals work in full collaboration with Chef Gillanders to create the best menu possible.  Designed to evolve, anything can happen at Intro.

Chef Gillander’s Dim Sum Supper Club

Chef Stephen’s travel-inspired dim sum supper club proves that the popular Chinese cuisine is not just for brunch.   Beginning on Thursday, October 27th, this 5-course menu, served family-style, will be offered Thursdays – Saturdays through the end of the year Reservations will be available at 6pm on Thursdays and 6pm or 8:30pm on Friday and Saturday.  Please call the restaurant to make your booking – seating is very limited. Dim Sum Dinner:  65.00 Optional Beverage Pairing:  25.00 All guests must participate in the menu.
